Bags, bags, bags

This is what it looked like in our hall on Friday morning, after getting K ready for kindergarten and T ready for nursery:

The brown backpack contained K's packed lunch, his chopsticks, cup and toothbrush (in their own little bag), a damp flannel for wiping his hands (in a special little case), a small hand towel and a groundsheet to sit on while eating. In front of the bag is his flask of water, and his orange and yellow hat. The yellow bag contained a change of clothes and plastic bag to put wet things in, and a bath towel to use as a blanket during nap time (not that K ever sleeps...). The Pingu bag in the background is K's pool bag for kindergarten, with his swimming costume and yet another towel.

The blue and white stripey bag on the right is T's nursery bag. He didn't need a packed lunch as lunch is provided, but he did take a spoon, apron, water bottle and wipes. Then there is a change of clothes, nappies and wipes, a bath towel to use as a blanket, a notebook for the teacher to write about his day in and several plastic bags. Of course, he had his swimming kit in there too - towel, swimming hat, pants and T-shirt.

And at the end of the day it all comes home again to be washed and dried, ready to go again.

Sigh...
